I knew Andrew for the best part of a decade - initially at Downer and Co and then when we worked together at the FT. He was always incredibly positive, motivated, personable, hard-working and the consummate professional. My favourite memory is when, on an extended business trip to LA, he went out at the end of each day to learn to boogie board on Santa Monica beach. I teased him about it over dinner each night but, by the end of the trip, he was able to get his own back by pulling off a passable imitation of a proper surfer dude. Although we hadn't really been in touch over the past few years I went to linkedin to reach out to him about a business opportunity and discovered that he had sadly passed away. This is just so incredibly sad. My heart goes out to Brook and the rest of his family family. Dom Hardisty
